I have never in all my years of renting (I'm 45) received the excellent service that Tabitha Wharton provides. Tabitha gives 110% effort in making living here a great experience. She is constantly asking residents if there is anything she can do for them for service, maintenance, questions, concerns and even shows consideration for everyone's well-being. I have never seen anyone go so far out of their way to make people (residents) happy. Her service would make people think twice before they would move to another community. Your company is lucky to have a rare employee like that.

"To Camille, You may never realize just how much of an impact you and The Pointe at Towne Lake have had on my life over the past few weeks. As you are aware, I now find myself in a difficult situation with my employer. Every time I have spoken to you recently you have treated me with respect, kindness and yes, love. You so get where I am and where I am coming from! Your willingness to listen is only out distanced by your ability to understand. After speaking with you I now realize, "YOU REALLY DO CARE!" You don't know just how much that means to someone like me! When you first called me you didn't call and say "Hey loser! Your lease has expired. Pay up or get out!"
